Refund Policy

We hope that you are happy with your order from Affordable Inks but we understand that you may want to return your purchase, therefore we offer a 14 day hassle free return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
If it is not in the original condition the refund will not be accepted.
This applies if you order the incorrect item too so if you are unsure which is the correct item for your printer then please get in touch with us before purchasing as we will be happy to assist.

Prior to returning your item, please email your order number and reason for return to: sales@affordableinks.com

Please ensure that you include a note with your returned items that clearly states your order number, if we do not receive your order number we will be unable to identify the sender of the returned items and therefore will be unable to process the refund.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

 

Faulty Products

 

All of our compatible and remanufactured cartridges come with a 2 year warranty.

 

In the unlikely event that we can't help fix the problem, we will either replace the item free of charge or offer a full refund including any additional postage you might have paid.
